In a filing last week, Dubelier referenced Animal House and said, The Special Counsels argument is reminiscent of Otters famous line, Flounder, you cant spend your whole life worrying about your mistakes! You f---ed up . . . you trusted us. Hey, make the best of it.
In court Monday, Dubelier responded by saying the judge had a "bias" against him and said he would need to consult with his client to see if he should stay on the case.
When Concord Management pleaded not guilty in May, Dubelier said in court, The government has indicted the proverbial Ham sandwich.

My advice to him is to start drinking heavily.
Excellent
I think the client should hang in there and keep him as counsel. After all, was it over when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor?
The case is sickening. It’s a prime example of what happens when fascists rule the court. Under such rule, no one is safe.
This article says nothing about what, if anything, actually happened at the hearing today. Did the judge make an actual ruling? On what?
I was referring to the fascist actions taken by Mueller and allowed by the court prior to. Namely, in indicting a company that did not exist before the alleged incident and declaring incriminating evidence off limits from the defense because of national security, then drawing up and allowing a farcical firewall that the defense is not allowed to cross but which the Mueller office violates at will.
This is the Clinton mob.
Road trip!!
There has been a near blackout on this case, and what little has been reported has little in the way of actual news. Not looking good for Team Mueller or wed be hearing about it 24/7.
Thanks BenLurkin.
Am surprised that, as yet, no one has suggested that the judge should have put the attorney on "Double Secret Probation."

#11. I’m here to see Dawn Horowitz!
The other girl was Hot, Hot, Hot, as Buster would sing.
Yeah, what they arent saying and ramming down our throats is quite deafening in itself.
I knew which line from movie it would be as soon as I read the headline.
“You better listen to him Flounder, he’s in pre-med.” One of my favorites.
