We need to get the American public better informed about the impact of mass immigration. Strip away the emotion and discuss it as a public policy issue. This crap about the US being a nation of immigrants and invoking Emma Lazarus quotes is just a smokescreen to avoid talking about the real issues. Hopefully, tonight will be the first step in starting a national dialogue on immigration, legal and illegal.
Macron is a leftist posing as a centrist. The Zemmour is right. I hope this revolt turns into a revolution and replaces the current government.

I’m completely with you there, kabar. About two years ago I wrote a very long piece for my blog concerning the notion that people cannot be illegal and how the term illegal alien is a construct of the law because I wanted to remove the emotional part and bring it back to where it rightly belongs in the law. I really hope the President similarly takes a few moments to define the terms so that everyone knows what alien means and then what a legal and illegal alien is.

And I should add that legal immigration is a far bigger problem than illegal immigration.

Many brought their crafts with them. I know it’s stereotyping but once Jews were the best tailors, Italians made the best shoes, Irish....well were Irish. ;)
Those immigrants WANTED to assimilate. They demanded their children speak English and act as Americans.
Today’s invaders just want a spot at the trough and expect Americans to cater to their societal norms.

Poor people in developed countries DO have children (and are paid with tax dollars to do so); the border is kept open to compensate for the missing generations from the MIDDLE CLASS.
When we were fighting WWII, we weren’t courting immigration from Japan, Germany, and Italy - yet today we are importing masses of Muslims while fighting Islam around the globe.
Who do you think is breeding in this country today? The Dems are confident time is on their side, and not just because of immigration. The white American birth rate has been negative for years now, and it is showing in elections.
Do those people (teachers, cops) work 30 hour weeks? Some parts of the US have much lower salaries for those jobs than my state of NJ, and even here PRIVATE school teachers start out with comparative salaries (until they can get on the public-school gravy train).
What about my tone indicated I support this? My state of NJ is Ground Zero for this invasion; close the border outright, and string live electricity all over it. I don’t want the Third World’s underclass trafficked here.
The native population is NOT fine, but I don’t want the border opened as a solution; like many people here, my wages as well are suppressed by “globalism” - and my neighborhood is looking like Tijuana as well. My explanation was not an excuse - it was an explanation; we’d have ghost towns in NJ without the illegals, and that would be just fine with me.

The black birthrate has certainly fallen along with that of whites; any visit to a maternity ward will show exactly who is having the babies (regardless of where the hospital is).
As more and more whites jump on the gibsmedat gravy train (breeding welfare broods), the race becomes secondary; makers are having few or no children, while takers are birthing the majority of them.
