The evidence for prosecution is out there “for any reasonable prosecutor”. We’ll see if and when that happens. America needs a good show trial, something a little more fundamental than the OJ trial.
Yes it is a good summation and no doubt he deserves to be prosecuted and debarred.
It looks like it’ll be up to the next Attorney General whether it’s Bill Barr or someone else.
