"Hes asking nicely. Next time he wont be so nice." In Korea he would have been fed (alive) to starving hogs. Fortunately for him, there is a current shortage of hogs in Venezuela. Shark bait, however, is not out of the question.

All of the competent people at PdVSA have been fired because they did not drink the Chavista koolaid. That includes their maintenance technicians. Even the newer facilities are barely functioning. One of the engineers wound up in Fort MacMurray Alberta on the tar sands.
