WASHINGTON The House passed a bill that will ensure federal workers impacted by the partial government shutdown will receive back pay once federal offices reopen.
The bill passed unanimously in the Senate Thursday night and the White House has said President Trump will sign it.
The House also passed a bill to reopen the Interior Department, National Park Service and Smithsonian Museums.
