Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg will miss next week’s court sessions and work from home, but her recovery from early-stage lung cancer surgery remains "on track" and no further treatment is needed, the court announced Friday.
“Justice Ginsburg will continue to work from home next week and will participate in the consideration and decision of the cases on the basis of the briefs and the transcripts of oral arguments. Her recovery from surgery is on track,” Supreme Court public information officer Kathy Arberg said in a statement. “Post-surgery evaluation indicates no evidence of remaining disease, and no further treatment is required,” she said.

How long can she not show up before people begin to suspect that she’s no longer with us.
If she’s doping everything by phone or text or email, how do we know it’s her? And that she’s still alive.
I could see the left trying to keep the knowledge of her passing from the general public as long as possible to continue to push their agenda.
The key question is whether the statement “no evidence of remaining disease” is true oir not.

The doctor laid out Ginsburg’s history of illness, but points out the most significant thing is the justice’s recent tumor surgery on her lungs.
1. She had non-metastatic colon cancer removed in 1999
2. She had non-metastatic pancreatic cancer removed in 2010.
3. She had a stent placed in her coronary arteries in 2014
4. She fell in November of 2018 and broke three ribs.
5. She had surgery in December of 2018 and had two malignant nodules removed from her lungs.
6. Scans found no other cancer in her body.
7. She is 85 years old and has no history of being a smoker.
According to Dr. Bentivegna, the key here is what type of cancer Ginsburg had on her lungs.
It has already been determined that the tumors removed were malignant, however, there is one more layer to this.
The doctor points out that we still don’t know what type of cancer Ginsburg has:

Your post so true ... almost everyone fortunate enough to live that long KNOWS when their time has come to be measured in days not weeks.
And then it is time to make an accounting of life and create closure.
One fears that she has perhaps done just that but the Democrats have no counter for Trump getting a third pick other than to hurry up Mueller, and he just got a 6-month GJ extension.
She looked 70 pounds soaking wet in that wheelchair , put the over / under under 3 weeks....

Ginsburg has been falling asleep during oral arguments for years.. she has had to be nudged awake by other justices, her questioning is often rarely audible.
Her mind is not feeble, not yet anyway, but her body is frail.
Even without this latest fall an surgery, mortality has been in her shadow for a while.
She may live another 10 years, though the odds are low.
Sadly one thing is for sure, even if she completely loses her mental facilities, the Democrats will not remove her from the bench... she will need to leave on her own accord, or feet first.
OMG she is NOT working from home. How can they sit there and say that. She’s 85 years old after major cancer surgery. She’s lucky to be awake much less working.
and she is on drugs. After ankle surgery , a colonscopy etc I read I must not make major life decision until a few days later. Your might not be thinking normally.
