I’ve thought all along that she probably won’t last through January, but, she’s a tough old bird, and may improve, if the cancer’s not metastasized or an aggressive type. Most people stay off work for 2-3 weeks after major surgery, if their work is a desk job. Only she and her confidants know what her true condition and prognosis is, and they’re not telling. But they can’t prolong this “working from home” stuff, much longer.
