I of course support the President 100 percent but the fact that he is waiting on declaring a national emergency calls into question whether an emergency exists in the first place.

What's the rush? Even when approved it will take a year or two build it. The suffering of the Dems base will peak out long before that.

He knows the hack Judge(s) already has the injunction written. He knows it will drag on and on until it reaches the SC. He does not know if he will win at the SC especially with Roberts racing to the left. I give the odds 50/50 at best that there will be any wall/steal barrier.
