There was trouble in paradise. At Arthur Freeds shop of musicals at MGM, Harry was in stiff competition with Harold Arlen. Harold had been there forever, and his track record was more than impressive. Harrys star was setting, so he decided to move again, this time to Paramount. This film, a Bing Crosby and Jane Wyman vehicle, was a moderate success and got two Oscar nominations.
