Phil Ting is a useless political hack whose only purpose in life is to further his own career at someone elses expense. I have attended neighborhood meetings regarding the car break ins specifically the the tiled steps at 16th and Moraga. Its an enormous problem.

Phil Ting was there to let us (aka little people) what he could do about. Basically he told us he could pass more laws to make crime more illegal. WTF!. The rest of his talk was a call for our votes because he is such a good guy. What a waste of skin he is.
