Who has the authority to arrest these actors since the FBI does not have the balls to police their own agency?

I would think in a Civil matter the DOJ can task the US Marshalls to do the deed under normal conditions and times. These aren't normal times. Open treason in attempts to perform a coup on the duly elected President there is always the US Marines. I'd ask all of these traitors to resist arrest (if they ever come under threat of arrest).
