You can be certain that no one who is accusing Jones of “goofing on the graves of dead kids” has any evidence to back that claim up. It doesn’t matter in this case, anymore than it will matter when people associated with Free Republic are prosecuted for being “racists”, White Nationalists™” or whatever the buzz word of the day is.
I am distressed to see so many posters on FR filled with delight over the legal harassment of Jones for exercising his first amendment rights. Even if what he says is completely reprehensible he still has a right to say it, unless we are now living in the European Union.
Those who are going after Jones will be coming for you next.

I’m with you. It’s such an egregious lie that it is like calling fire in a crowded theater. There really are a few limits to free speech. In some ways this is hate speech.
It's possible and I'd like to see them give it a try. For sure the Ds & the media have much deeper pockets than Jones.

They have been completely lied to about Infowars and don’t have the intellectual curiosity to look into it for themselves. It’s a form of Republican virtue signaling.
It won’t work that way. The ones being sued will be the angel families. For spreading hate speech about illegal aliens. Some group that advocates for them will be the aggrieved party.
Exactly, I keep having to rely on third and forth hand accounts of what he said. Apparently no one thought to record him saying these things in the age of the internet.

There have been book conspiracies, movies etc., denying the official account and reports that that there was only one lone assassin.
Will all those people involved in the Kennedy assassination books and movies be sued?
