Tweeting personal attacks will only make his rabid opposition even more vicious.

Paging Lou Reed:

Vicious
Hey, you hit me with a flower
You do it every hour
Oh, baby you're so vicious

He may be a Bozo but he knows how to make money. He makes Bill Gates look like a beggar. Why do so many billionairs end up being leftists ? Is it because they crave power after all that money bores them?

“American Media Inc., the parent company of the National Enquirer, is controlled by Trump’s longtime friend David Pecker.”

Need pix.

Trump needs to tweet the issues.

...

And put everybody to sleep.

He does this to draw attention to himself and when he does tweet about the issues (which he does often) more people will see it. How many Twitter followers do you have?

We’re in a cold civil war and Trump is battling some very nasty and crooked, yet still very powerful people.

Exactly. Trump understands the game, and the nature of the electorate. This is what it takes. He may not even like having to do it, but he knows it's what works.

I agree. He didn’t need to weigh in on this.

Au contraire, Bezos owns one of the biggest purveyors of fake news.

Jeff Bezos asked for it. Have you read the Washington Post? Their headline on the top of the front page is “Democracy dies in darkness”.

I agree.

Trump is doing a magnificent job as President. Better than ANYONE since Reagan left office, without exception. But at times well... he has a lack of decorum. And he could win over even more people "on the fence" if he channeled more of the statesman that we know he can be and is.

Screw people on the fence, if you’re still on the fence at this point, you’re useless.

Agree. I’m glad he fights, but this isn’t the fight to bother with.
Bezos, in business, is successful.

Given my ‘middle age’ I’ll probably always be a salaried schmuck so I will probably never be successful.

I’m very happy with him. If I have to put up with a few stupid sayings (like at Kris Kobach’s event or the ‘santa’ thing) now an then I’m OK with that.

More like, they've made a buttload of money, more than Midas ever dreamed of and certainly more than any man or woman could need to live a life of luxury with.

After that though... then what?

Rush has talked before about how celebrities like actors almost always become leftists. They are known for their roles in movies etc. and Rush agreed, acting is hard. But that's not all that they want to be known for. They want to feel that they matter in the greater scheme somehow. So they latch onto liberalism because, hey, you can't get a faster ticket to feeling important than that!

That's it with Bezos, I imagine. He's made his billions and now he's bored. He wants to be known for more than for his money. And in liberalism he's found a quick and easy way to have purpose.

Anyone got any idea what the lame stream media is gonna talk about tomorrow??? Bet President Trump’s name will come up. The vacationing Dems will get a “while you were out effing off” memo to bring them slowly up to speed. He lives in their heads “RENT FREE!!”

Fortune favors the bold. Bezos is a robber baron and his paper is engaged in a soft coup against Trump.

Be more gracious than that. I know PLENTY who are "on the fence" and even voted for Hillary in '16 who are now coming around to seeing that Trump has been far better for America.

Slowly but surely, Trump is gaining more supporters, and from some very unlikely places.

In this instance I disagree. The tweet about Bozo was unnecessary, and the president could actually win over some faint-hearted voters by better choosing his battles.

I agree. He turns off more people with his immaturity and thin skinned sensitivity. He is not perfect. But he’s got more courage than anyone else in DC.
