I'd doubt that Trump would take the deal, because the base would be in an uproar and Coulter would be up at night eating a pint of Ben and Jerry's and watching a bad romantic-comedy movie. But the Dems would have the amnesty and the future electoral lock; any progress on the wall in the future would get stopped by the courts or by their left-wing front groups.
That's what I would do if I was a Rat. They're clearly losing the argument and Trump is boxing them in.

They should have taken the DACA deal a year ago.
