Save $$$$ and get an old school safety razor for $30-$50, a decent brush and decent shaving cream. Very goods blades will cost you $0.10 to $.25 each to refill. I have a heavy beard and change blades once every two weeks. You will save tons of $$ and get a better shave.

The mug and brush advice saved my face many years ago! I tried every creme, lotion, and emollient on the planet-none of which worked! Now-it’s a great thing the better half loves waist-length hair and beard. Bit of a pain on a windy day, tho...

Dittos on the safety razor. Been using one for three+ years and would never go back to the gimmicks.

I like Feather blades from Japan, IIRC. Get a year’s supply at a time for the cost of a month’s worth of plastic toy razors.
