Keep the gubmint shut down.

$5 billion to start the wall. Not a penny less.

Pelosi and Schumer can take a long walk.

Off a short pier.

Let’s keep it shutdown until the whole Wall is funded—not just one year.

I think Trump should raise the stakes and demand full funding for the wall from the Pacific to the Gulf of Mexico. Not Authorization, but Appropriation!

When they walk off the pier. Chum first, lots of chum. I know it’s cruel for the sharks, but heck they swallow license plates, kegs of nails, and tennis shoes. Chum some Rolaids, if you’re worried about the sharks. Just chum before Nasty and chucky walk off the end.

Trump should change his mind and tell Nancy he now wants all of the money necessary to build all of the wall. Let them scream bloody murder about that one. Don’t forget; this government works best when it’s shut down and the Party of Donkey is in PR on the beach.

The longer the shutdown lasts, the more people will realize the government is a bloated waste.

Folks will move on to other jobs, because they won’t work forever without pay.

And the longer it goes on, and the only story they have is workers not getting paid, but other than that, no real impact coming to peoples lives the worse the D position becomes.

I don’t see a win for the D’s in this... And the longer its shut down the weaker they look...

Especially when the Federal Employees Union starts screaming at them to end it.

Sadly, the pier is located in a posh upscale vacation spot where Dems relax and meditate with big thoughts on how we little people should live our lives under big government programs. Then back to their gated, walled mansions where their armed guards assure them their security is 100%.

Pelosi: “You know, Guido, when Chuck and I ban guns we don’t mean yours or the rest of the security boys. Keep ‘em loaded, guys.”

Or a short walk across the Rio Grande and stay there.
