What’s legal changes over time. Just think back thru history.
However I suspect this will be over ruled.
Never thought about that before.
So the judge is taking issue with the process Ross used in putting the question on the census form. Like another poster up the thread said, go through regular process and it will be fine. LOL
What law has changed overtime that would make it illegal to ask whether or not one is a citizen on the 2020 census form?
