For anybody else, I had to look up just what the heck a FOID card is/was. FOID = Firearms Owner Identification Card {number?}
And in case your not familiar with what a CCW is, CCW = Carry Concealed Weapon (License.)

Yeah, FOID is Illinois-specific; a few other states have some version of something similar.
