the honest feedback I saw was three or four players with hamburger boxes stacked 4 high in their hands
“Id like to hear honest feedback from the guests what they thought of the food.”
You must not know any college age males.
“Its used in buffet lines”
True, it often is. I take it you’re not a picky eater...
the left is insane and so are most of the women talking heads on CNN. His joke was, the menu choice was rabbit food or burgers. Burgers won.
I take it that you are. Who made you spokesmouth for hungry football playing lads?
“Another Mitt in Free Republic pretending to be a great American while stabbing our president in the back.”
Geez, Dude, you can’t come up with anything intelligent to say? I’m not pretending to be anything, and I’m not stabbing anyone in the back. I would say it to his face, by golly.
Perhaps I am feigning outrage a bit. I agree with whoever it was who said it’s not a big deal. I love Trump. My posts speak for themselves. But I don’t love everything about him any more than I love everything about anyone.
Besides, if the guests were happy, that’s what counts, right?
Apparently most did but then you can’t please all people
every time. They have a first on their resume that most
never have the opp to get.
“Who made you spokesmouth for hungry football playing lads?”
Why, no one, of course. Was that a rhetorical question?
Also keep in mind his staff was limited. He could have taken
them over to his hotel which is three blks or so from the WH
but he chose not to. He does things differently and doesn’t
get hung up in tradition every time.
I think the cachet is to be at the White House, not a hotel.
I agree POTUS thinks outside the box and we are all the better for that.
The Left is so hung up about POTUS businesses profiting from his Presidency that there would have been too much trash talk if he had involved hotel staff since the hotel would have needed to be paid.
Whatever, Mitt!
Carry on, Nancy.
This was a ONCE IN-A-LIFETIME chance to go to the White House meet the President, and celebrate a great sport season...This was not about the food.
Peanut butter sandwiches? Seriously?!?! With potential for peanut allergies? No way would I serve that.
Pizza...great but everyone has a different idea of what is good pizza. So he got some Dominoes pizza—just fast food pizza...
College kids love fast food.
Regarding fast food. It was ONE meal.
I think it was a smart move on President’s part.
Higher quality gas at Taco Bell.
Maybe he did not want to make that statement...
fast food ping
They are college students. Get over it dude. College students are not expecting a lot.
Nah, he didnt want to ask Mexico to pay for it!
Whoppers are never dry. Lol. According to my friend.
It is all crap eventually. Look into the toilet sometime and try to tell if that extra money was worth it. lol.
