It will allow both sides to enrich their coffers with excessive donations from those buying tax loop holes ... kind of like now but only worse. In addition, it will deplete the middle class of wealth and opportunity, and further complicate the tax laws.

The (up to) 20% small business deduction is much appreciated, but other than that, what is needed is tax code complexity reduced by about 25% each year. (Like I think that will actually happen? Hah!!)
