While I was still with the government in 1999, I took a helicopter tour of the border from Nogales, AZ, to the Naco/Douglas area. I asked the pilot to set down at several locations with an abundance of rubble. I found prayer rugs, Korans and other evidence that not all of the illegals were of Latin ancestry.
PING
But it’s not an emergency, right, Don?
Well just continue to sit here with our thumbs in our asses while we get invaded, because politicians.
These are accurate descriptions about the reality of living on the border. Been there , done that.
...with the demonrats blessing...
How did you know that they were prayer rugs?
Now you know why the democrats are so eager to keep the borders open: so muzzies can come in and make mucho babies and vote democrat.
I have no doubt that the deluge of Invaders crossing our southern border illegally include radical islamists but I find this report a bit dubious.
Why would they en masse leave their prayer rugs there after dragging them halfway around the globe?
I’ve read enough reports from anonymous sources to fill this man’s lifetime quota.
Why would they bother to lug in a prayer rug and Koran, and then drop these items in the desert?
There are solutions to this problem - both government solutions and individual answers.
This is immoral. Those “poor” muslims having to cross such harsh terrain to break into our country.
Burn ‘em at the Friday Night fish fry.
U can buy a used prayer rug here.
Ranchers should carry suppressed .22 rifles and SSS. Do us all a favor. Once rumor gets back south that the border is a ghostland where people are never heard from again, this crap will stop. Ask the people of Syria, Georgia, and Ajerbaijan what happens to people crossing Turkey’s border.
The response? One MP Humvee and two BP vehicles.
What are 4-6 men going to do with a couple of hundred people crossing the desert at night in an arroyo. We watched them saunter north to Huachuca City, AZ. Damn sad sight.
A MILITARY BASE!
Meanwhile, back at our airports you can’t pack more than 3 oz. of shampoo.
Something is seriously out of whack.
No dobt the prayer rugs were left behind by peaceful muslims hurrying off to pursue a wonderful life in America. What’s wrong with that? /sarcasm/
how does he know it’s a prayer rug? why would a muslim abandon his prayer rug? wouldn’t it make more sense that these are rugs that your common, ordinary boarder jumper uses to throw over concertina wire if they have to climb a wall?
About 12 years ago I had a client whose brother was a Border Patrol agent. He said that in the prior year they had caught people from 87 nations (the brother worked in South Texas). I said, “But there are nowhere near 87 countries south of the border.” He said that there were a lot coming from “Southwest Asia” - a clear reference to Arab countries.
No, this is not new; but it does highlight that the open border is an extreme attractant for not merely economic immigrants, but also for terrorists. I’d love to see the head of the Border Patrol read a list of the countries in the Eastern Hemisphere from which illegals are coming - with emphasis on Arab/Moslem countries. Let the Dems deal with the backlash from THAT.

“I found prayer rugs, Korans and other evidence that not all of the illegals were of Latin ancestry.”
As usual, it’s the democrat side of this that is wholly racist. They keep pushing that it’s to stop mexicans from coming in.
It’s not about Mexicans. Anyone can get into Mexico from any direction, you really “can’t” from the Canada side because Canada has a stricter policy.
