For red meat you're looking at a burger a week or a large steak a month and that's your lot.

Meat contains too much "toxic-masculine" cholesterol, so the snowflakes think it would be "sexist" to eat it... /s

Too much work and travel the last few years and I’ve slipped a lot but at age 45 not too many years ago i subsisted on red meat, eggs, almonds, cashews, cheese, and a little bit of broccoli and yams and could run a 5 minute mile, bench press more than twice my weight and hike 25+ miles a day with a rifle and pack at altitude for days on end

Got back on a more normal diet the last few years and those numbers have probably dropped 50%

Humans need meat and fat to be healthy and strong...and i suspect that is why these experts dont want us to have it

Meat is Protein, prime food for Diabetics. Turn the food thingy upside down. Eat in moderation, imbibe in moderation. What is so hard about that?

I’ve not had a Steak in 5 yrs due to FDA approved meds ruining my teeth. Been going through Dental work to remove the last 11 PAINFUL teeth for just a lower denture since Aug 9, I might see a lower denture in February. I’m sick of pasta you can swallow whole. And have to PAY for it myself. Medicare/Tricare Life doesn’t cover dental work, VA only covers the Ret. Service member if injured in Service. Same goes for hearing aids.
