Are you insane? Why would we ever give the Dems the promise to pick one of their five?
You know they will include only the absolute most radical leftist America haters they can find.
They had their chance to negotiate and completely blew it. Now, their choice is to capitulate.
The court libs vote en masse so any liberal will vote the same as Ginsburg. But it gives the Dems in Congress a way to save face while caving on the wall, plus it saves us all from another confirmation bloodbath like we saw with Kavanaugh.
As long as there are safeguards where they can’t pull back the funding later, it’s a fair deal to me. The Dems aren’t gaining anything they didn’t already have.
