Barr is Herr Mueller’s good buddy. He won’t stop Herr Mueller from sayign whatever he wants to say. He’s already testified to that.

Levin says Mueller is afraid of a leak investigation.
No he won’t stop him but it will make sure any report is issued will be checked and double checked and triple checked and some of the innuendo will be removed.
Yeah, I know he and Barr are friends and I think that friendship just might make Mueller be a whole lot more careful.
As Mark Levin said, the only possible source of the leak to BuzzFeed is Mueller’s office. It’s happened before. So they REALLY don’t want an investigation of how BuzzFeed got the fake story.

I suspect it was a canary trap to catch a suspected leaker. Looks like they got him.
Watch the last 5 minutes of Hannity last night to see what Joe DeGenova thinks. Joe has worked with the new AG, Bill Barr for over three decades. Joe says that even though Barr and Mueller are lifelong friends, Barr would fire Mueller if he would let a lie like this one stand.
I saw that. I think Mark Levin’s explanation is more likely.
The leak came form Herr Mueller’s office adn he doesn’t wnat a leak investigation to undo his effort to get President Trump.
Barr wouldn’t touch hm.
