Technology executives are telling Jim Cramer off camera that they support the Trump administration's hawkish approach to trade with China, the CNBC host says.

The "Mad Money" host lists the pro-trade-war arguments he's hearing.

"If we're ever going to do anything about China, this is the perfect time," he says.

--

Technology executives are telling CNBC's Jim Cramer that they're willing to endure short-term pain from the U.S.-China trade war in favor of the long-term payoff.

"When I went out to San Francisco last week, I heard the same thing from a surprising number of people in the tech industry who do not like President [Donald] Trump one bit," the "Mad Money" host said Monday.

"What they said was 'If we're going to take on China, now's the time to do it,'" he said. "They may not be fans of the president, but they're on board with the trade war."

It is suicidal for American companies to allow the Chinese to steal their intellectual property rights with impunity.

That is what has been happening for three decades. It is a major component of Chinese skyrocketing growth.

The Chinese feel no compunction about this theft. It is part of their national policy.

The corporate world are pretty disgusting people. They got a huge tax cut that made them competitive with the rest of the world got a one time pass to bring money back to the US and still they bankrolled the socialists.

Now we have the tech world who will benefit most from Trumps strong stance and are they grateful? Oh hell no, they still financially back The Resistance. Have you ever known people who are so smart they are dumb?

They're being quiet about it because the tech sector is so packed with leftists. It'd be open mutiny if they admit support for Trump. At the end of the day, they care a lot more about making money than politics. Being remembered for sticking by their principles while standing in the unemployment line is no victory in their business. The libs all think that Trump is so hard-line because every president since Reagan was perpetually backing down when dealing with China.

"allow the Chinese to steal their intellectual property rights with impunity."

Regardless of what the Chicom Government and their western apologists say, intellectual property is a completely foreign concept within Communist Chinese culture.

Well I completely agree with you, except Trump has NOT won.

Our trade deficit with China is now the highest EVER.

Trump seems to (finally) be for America, after both parties have been selling out America for the entire last generation and a half.

But our country has NOT won.

Not at all. We are losing. Badly.

For real.
