Are there no editors left at the major news outlets? Is there no one left with any measure of self respect in today’s main stream media?
No, not for a couple of decades now. Professional journalism in the US is all but dead, you have to go to the UK to find editors who insist upon coherent writing and competent (if flawed) reporting about the US. Sad.
