Republicans should engage in ballot harvesting, too. The story points out that is difficult. One problem is that the rats have no scruples and will pretend to be Republican harvesters and then destroy the ballots. Conservatives in California should be wary of handing over their ballots to anyone. Second problem, rats are too lazy to go vote, so harvesting benefits them.
