Trump never said he would deport all DACA people, only those who were criminals. Trump always said that those who were raised as Americans should be considered for a path to citizenship.

He’s offering the Bridge Act which was penned by Lindsey Graham and Dick Durbin.
I don’t think this is an asylum compromise.
Seems like a reasonable offer to me, but I’ll rely on information and feedback here to make sure I’m fully informed.
Just finished PDJT’s speech. Good move. He offered them DACA and TPS in return for start on border barrier with Senate to vote on program next week. Pelosi and Schumer are both making the same blunder hard line southerners did during the Civil War when they rejected every reasonable proposal by Lincoln to end the war. This gives PDJT room to move really hard, just as Lincoln received.

Yes he did, changing the story is not good policy.
