Schumer rejected it even before the president spoke to the nation & made
his proposal. They’re radical know-nothings. Let’s hope some rank-and-file
Democrats break from their open-border leadership and vote for it. You
should contact your members of Congress & urge them to do so.

It’s better than that. Trump rehashed a plan that was previously rejected, but Americans don’t know that. So he’s reintroducing the same rejected plan in a White House speech as an olive branch to end the crisis. So now when the Democrats reject it they will be blamed by the American people.

Next week Senate will take up bill that:
- Extends TPS & DACA
- Funds disaster relief
- Funds humanitarian aid for migrants
- Ends #Shutdown

But Dem leaders reject it because includes some Border Security money.
