Gentrification and de-gentrification. I first heard these words from a cousin who is part of the Chicago leftist machine and an SJW. I learn new things when we see them.
So if you have Option A, whole populations living in squalor, drugs and crime and Option B, neighborhoods getting bought by developers and cleaned up, Option A is better.

Tribalism was beginning to die off in the 1960’s and 70’s until the demonrats figured out they could use the divide and conquer strategy by leveraging minorities with gibsmedats.
Now tribalism is back stronger than ever in some areas and even growing / metastasizing at an accelerated rate.
