Yup, that’s why he needs to hold firm on the shutdown. If he concedes their demand to open first it’ll just be a repeat of Reagan’s mistake.

My only disagreement with Trump is that he should make that part of the argument clear. Congress has power of the purse and prez has veto power BY DESIGN.

If the lefties don’t like Trump using that power then they can vote for Someone else next time.

I count the election of Trump as spectacular, but we still have these unwanted 3rd worlders flooding our country. As spectacular as Trump's election, I fear it is at best a temporary reprieve.

America was founded as a Christian nation and God blessed us as a result. But in the last 50 years we've nationally reverted to positively demonic. Read your Old Testament. When nations do that to Him, he historically gives them over to their enemies.

Without question, before the Trump era, Republicans were clearly part of the problem nearly as bad as the Democrats. We all know this. The globalist in parties pre-Trump era hoodwinked millions year in year out, as the borders became a national threat and embarrassment to civility and the rule of law. None of what happened with the border was happenstance. The southern border could have easily been safely secured in 1980s and would have been if these two parties were not able to benefit from them.

But they never gave 2-s**t holes about America. It was all about power and profits regardless of consequences. And that's exactly what brought us Trump.
