#47. Part of the reason that liberal Jews thought that FDR was God was the fact that they attribute his administration with ending the hurtful Depression and entering WW2 to save “democracy” (and hopefully what was left of European Jewry).

My late grandfather died very young during the Depression so my grandmother had to work 7 days a week running a little delicatessen/carry out grocer to house and feed herself and three children, one in medical school.

My younger uncle who was a mechanical genius, couldn’t go to college, nor could my mother, who was also smart and musically talented. All the money went for the older brother who became a doctor at 24 (he was the supergenius of the family - he broke the Jewish quota at Johns Hopkins Un because he was so smart and they couldn’t deny him entrance).

Thus when the Depression ended, left for a widow and her three now older children got a little better, esp. when my uncle went into his medical practice (serving everyone, rich or poor, no questions asked).

What we know now about FDR’s policies is NOT what was being reported in the major newspapers back in the 30’s and often 40’s so the people didn’t know much about his socialist philosopher or his allowing Communists (including many Soviet spies/agents) into the federal government.

Thus the portrait of FDR, esp. when he died, was that of “the man who saved America” instead of just one of several key men who did so (Gen. Leslie Groves, Ike, McArthur to some degree, Halsey and the Navy, Patton, Etc).

FDR did damned little to save European Jews and used liberal, well intended dupe Rabbi Stephen Wise as a “token” advisor and setting up a small Jewish refugee committee, while doing nothing to blow up the concentration camps, esp. the ovens and showers.

Photos of B-24’s or 25’s flying over Auschwitz proved that a couple bombing raids could have not only destroyed the rail lines coming into the camp complexes (minor issue), but could have blown down the walls and watch towers, hit the administration buildings and SS barracks, etc. Two raids might have saved thousands of lives or given the Jewish and other prisoners a chance to fight and escape from Hell. FDR did nothing!

The result of a well orchestrated campaign to promote FDR as the savior of America was largely accepted among Jewish Americans without question, a big mistake for which we are paying the penalty now with the emerging into the open Marxist, anti-Semitic policies of a growing segment of the Democrat Party.

Tlaib, Omer, Carson, Ellison, Perez, Sarsour/Mallory, and others (Gillum, and that Marxist from Mississippi, Rep. Ocasionnally Rational, etc.) are only symptoms of the “Red Rot” inside the Democrat Party, while the Criminal Wing (Pelosi/Clintons), and the Insane Wing (Harris, Booker, Schiff, Blumenthal/Whitehouse, Gillibrand/Warren, anyone named Murray or Murphy), and the power-hungry Schumer Sect, are all just totalitarians of differing stripes.

What united most of them is anti-Semitism, anti-Christian, esp. Catholic, any ethnic pride (esp. the Polish and Hungarians), anti-white privilege, anti capitalism unless it is used to gain power and personal wealth (Pelosi and Feinstein crooks), anti-history, and anti- personal responsibility.

It is time that we Jews who are still asleep at the Democratic wheel wake up and realize that we are driving off a bridge at a high rate of speed, following directions given to us by the Red Democrats and the Green (Moneyed) Democrats.

Time to get a new GPS system and it isn’t the Democrat/Marxist Party.

There are quite a number of historians who completely reject the notion that the Roosevelt administration ended the Depression. Yes, the Depression ended during FDR's terms in office, but there is much evidence to suggest that it was prolonged by the Democrats' New Deal policies. It is beyond dispute that about one third of the time of the Depression occurred under Hoover's administration, and two-thirds under Roosevelt.

Regardless, ending the Depression was a national event; you can't say that there was anything particularly "Jewish" about it.

As for entering WWII in Europe to "save democracy", I think that it is obvious that fewer European Jews would have died had it occurred earlier than it did. Of course, the leftist Jews who still believe in the FDR mythology can't accept this basic fact.
