Sounds like an opportunity to upgrade to a better weapon to me. Although, I don't recall the gun department at Dollar General. Oh well.

A $500 buyback would encourage me to go pick up a Hi-Point or other inexpensive pistol and then take that money to drop on something else. This is the kind of crap you get when an airhead tries to create something and they barely have enough neurons firing to breathe without help.
