That's not a bad guess. A few thoughts on this:
1. If that company is fighting a subpoena, then it seems like they are on the other side of a legal battle where the U.S. Dept. of Justice is taking the side of the "white hats" in trying to expose foreign meddling in the 2016 from allied nations -- no?
2. This company is making all the same arguments the DOJ makes when it tries to keep the evidence of the DOJ/FBI/CIA wrongdoing in the FISA cases redacted. Doesn't that seem odd?
