Keep in mind that the House can vote to overrule the Speaker. It’s happened before. Dems have only a 17 vote majority. Highly unlikely that 17 Dems wouldn’t desert Pelosi over SOTU.

You can’t read. Pelosi does have the power to prevent anyone from entering the House. Also, the president does not have the power to fire the Sergeant at Arms. He is not a dictator nor does he control everything that moves in DC. Congress is an equal branch of government with the President. You may not like it but this is the truth.
