It’s going to cost them a lot, going after non-public-figure children in this way. They appear to be unaware that the extraordinarily high standard regarding public figures which lets them get away with years-long litanies of slander against Trump and others does not apply in the case of a private citizen, and that committing crimes against children makes the tort much much worse.
I refuse the racist assertion that only black people are allowed to use the word ‘nigger’ and that everyone else has to use asterisks or else call it ‘the n-word’.
If they really wanted everyone to stop using that word then they’d stop using it themselves.
And until they do I will insist on being able to spell it out when it is germane to the topic at hand.
