If I was on the jury I would need iron clad evidence to convict. Audio and video. I would totally discount the testimony of the FBI agents that’s for damn sure. It sounds like these guys were caught in a trap, who knows if these guys would’ve ever been a threat to anyone.
It’s much safer to assume the worst in this case.
