I agree with the analysis and likely outcome scenarios. But I don't call Trump's retaliation "mutual childishness". No, we finally have a POTUS willing to punch back. No more republicans snatching defeat from the jaws of victory. We have a fighter. I offer POTUS nothing but respect for this; he is the adult in the room.

That’s the “both sides do it” part of what the shallow thinking people love to say, because it always gets applause.

I’ve always thought it was the most cowardly phrase one could state. There is very LITTLE comparison of what the dims do and what the pubbies do, and yet, many still inject it into the argument.
