Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro on Wednesday said he's cutting off relations with the U.S., and giving U.S. diplomats 72 hours to abandon the country.
The socialist leader ordered a review of Venezuela's relationship with the U.S. after the Trump administration officially recognized opposition leader Juan Guaido as the nation's interim president.
The move comes one day after Vice President Mike Pence sent a recorded video of himself to Venezuelans referring to Maduro as "a dictator with no legitimate claim to power."
"He has never won the presidency in a free and fair election, and has maintained his grip on power by imprisoning anyone who dares to oppose him," Pence said in the video.

Is it possible they are wearing red caps to support communism? Red is their color. That's why the slimy MSM abruptly reversed the red and blue colors for dems and reps years ago. They knew they were commie back then but the red they had made it look too obvious so they switched them.

Sort of, from 92 until last year I was there at least half the year most years down there. Enough time so the people at the local farmer’s market and at El Jumbo Las Condes knew my by name. Socialism is also pretty grand for almost everybody at first. A chicken costs $2 to raise, but the government sells it for $1. A sack of potatoes costs $2 to grow, but the government sells it for $1. Paradise!
But pretty soon there are no more chickens, and no more potatoes.
