I have no reason to say that except the odds are probably in my favor. Polk County schools were really bad about pushing kids in to Ritalin in the 80s and 90s when we lived there. I have no reason to believe that has changed.<<

If it is not terrorist related, the perp is either on or has been on psychotropics in most cases.
