My local Wells Fargo Bank in Los Angeles has NO armed guard lately. They used to have them.

None that you noticed. In areas of higher frequency bank robberies, plain clothes security can be used and they’re often off duty/retired cops.

Some community organizer probably convinced them having a guard around could "trigger" the normally peaceful crook. ;P
