SAN DIEGO The Trump administration expects to launch a policy as early as Friday that forces people seeking asylum to wait in Mexico while their cases wind through U.S. courts, an official said, marking one of the most significant changes to the immigration system of Donald Trumps presidency.
The changes are set to start at San Diegos San Ysidro border crossing, according to a U.S. official familiar with the plan who spoke on condition of anonymity because its not yet final. San Ysidro is the nations busiest crossing and the choice of asylum seekers who arrived in November in Tijuana, Mexico, in a caravan of more than 6,000 mostly Central American migrants.
The policy may be expanded to other crossings and is expected to face a legal challenge. It does not apply to children traveling alone or to asylum seekers from Mexico.

Screw em, ignore em. A judge recently ruled husseincare as being unConstitutional yet I have never heard anyone say it must be stopped immediately.
Does it really make a difference since so many will just cross illegally then demand asylum?
RGB is long gone. They will keep her on ice till they regain the senate, or executive.
Oh man, so many precedents are being set by the judges.
If we do have a Democrat president in the future, he or she will have a tough time, too and Democrats will be whining like they usually do (hypocrite babies).
Because be assured that we will demand equal application of the law.

I think this is a major reason why Pelosi doesn’t want a SOTU address. The SCOTUS is always in attendance, and they would have to wheel her out on a gurney with tubes. Pretty bad optics.
Five USSC Justices skipped the last one, and Clarence Thomas rarely attends.
Is the link broken? I get an error message.
Try this one, Wash Times is limiting access now and “Outline” gets past paywall, it was an outline link in my post.

Thanks! I’ve about given up on the Wash Times because of their paywall.
I hear you but Outline has worked for me for several weeks with them, install it and see if it’ll work for you.
I SWEAR I did not read this before posting #15.... GMTA :)
Support Free Republic, Folks!
That is good news.

Go do an internet search for SCOTUS attendees to the State
of the Union address.
I have the browser add-on Reader View. It takes any web page, strips out all the garbage and just gives you the text.
In the case of Wash Times, I click on the link and then while the page is loading, and before it can get to the subscription puke, I start Reader View. It gives me the text perfectly.
