Full title: Gregg Jarrett: Testimony in Russia probe shows FBI and Justice Department misconduct in effort to hurt Trump

Newly revealed testimony by a former top FBI counterintelligence lawyer shows that former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe examined “line-by-line” the faulty warrant applications to spy on Trump presidential campaign adviser Carter Page.

There is little question that senior officials at the FBI and Justice Department committed egregious abuses of power in obtaining the warrants and then moving forward on a baseless investigation of President Trump, now being conducted by Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

In fact, the conduct of high-level FBI and Justice Department officials in this whole matter has been outrageous and disgraceful.

The plain truth is that the spying on Page should never have occurred. Information gathered by the spying was eventually turned over to Mueller, who is investigating allegations that the Trump campaign or perhaps Trump himself may have worked with Russia to help Trump win the presidential election.

The president has stated many times that “there was no collusion” with Russia. As I documented in my book – “The Russia Hoax: the Illicit Scheme to Clear Hillary Clinton and Frame Donald Trump” – supporters of Clinton who wanted to prevent Trump from being elected improperly used their positions in the FBI and Justice Department in an unsuccessful effort to keep Trump out of the White House.

Even though the applications to spy on Page were deficient and deceptive, Yates and McCabe affixed their signatures to at least one of the four warrant applications. They then submitted the applications to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court and obtained warrants to wiretap Page, who worked briefly on a foreign policy board advising presidential candidate Donald Trump in 2016.

So little question that Wray could care less.

keep it coming, Gregg Jarrett.

the more that is revealed in recent weeks re Ohr, Baker, Steele, etc, the more the co-conspirators in the FakeNewsMSM, Obama admin, intel agencies, and both political parties come up with side shows designed to keep people distracted from the truth about the ongoing attempted coup.

Gregg Jarrett: Testimony in Russia probe shows FBI and Justice Department misconduct in effort to...

Partner, we know the FBI and the Justice Department need a wholesale cleanup of both of these government agencies.

Jeff Sessions was a Giant Disaster as the Attorney General. and somebody recommended Sessions to President Trump and we are sure he regrets this nomination of Sessions as our Atty. Gen.

The CIA will be cleaned up since we have one of the best as the CIA director and that person is Pompeo.

The CIA director Pompeo is cleaning up after the traitorous Brennan. All we needed to hear was Brennan was a Mooselimb and we immediately cringed when we heard this news about Brennan.

CIRCA 2018 Gregg Jarrett: James Comey may be the only one who believes the stories he’s selling
Fox News ^ | December 18, 2018 | Gregg Jarrett / FR Posted by jazusamo

Only an audacious and arrogant man accuses others of lying when he is guilty of the same. James Comey, the fired Director of the FBI, stood in front of the television cameras on Monday to accuse President Trump of “lying about the FBI, attacking the FBI, and attacking the rule of law in this country.” This from the man who was fired for abusing his authority and usurping the power of the attorney general in the infamous Hillary Clinton email scandal.

As I wrote in my book, “The Russia Hoax,” “Comey’s lack of integrity and defiance of rules and principles of law were his downfall. His unchecked ambition and desire to thrust himself into the public limelight only exacerbated his mistakes of judgment and deed.”

But don’t take my word for it. Read the 500-page report by the Justice Department’s Inspector General who cited Comey for his bias, insubordination and unprofessionalism. Or read the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) scathing critique of Comey that was endorsed by six former Attorneys General and Deputy Attorneys General from both political parties. It is a damning indictment of how Comey committed multiple acts of misconduct and “refused to accept the nearly universal judgment that he was mistaken.”

To this day, Comey refuses to accept responsibility for his misdeeds. Instead, he shifts blame to others or attempts to cover it up. When confronted with uncomfortable evidence he pretends, as he did more than 200 times in his December 7, 2018 congressional testimony, that “I don’t know” or “I don’t remember.” His amnesia is, quite literally, unbelievable. (HAT TIP DETECTIVE) This is an excellent article that summarizes some of the corruption and lying between the Clinton campaign,
the Obama administration, the FBI, the media and others
. It appears that there were several felonies committed.

How Clinton operatives pushed now-debunked Trump-Russia server conspiracy
The Washington Times ^ | January 23, 2019 | Rowan Scarborough / FR Posted by detective

The Clinton campaign’s operation to spread a now-debunked story on a Russian bank-Donald Trump computer linkage went further than previously known, according to new congressional testimony. It turns out that at least two Clinton operatives went inside the Justice Department to sell the allegation.

The Democrat-pitched narrative went like this: The Trump Organization maintained a secret computer server at Trump Tower directly tied to Moscow’s Alfa Bank, whose partners are linked to Russian President Vladimir Putin. But cybersleuths traced the server’s IP address not to Moscow, but to a spam operation outside Philadelphia that spit out hotel marketing pitches, including the Trump Organization‘s. We, the people, know "so little" (smirk), for example:

<><> the dossier was handed off by Fusion GPS employee, Nellie Ohr, to her husband, DOJ official Bruce Ohr,

<><> with a sprinkle of DNC fairy dust, the dossier became the "real thing"....

<><> the basis of Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants,

<><> specifically targeting Trump campaign adviser, Carter Page,

<><> signed off by the Obama administration,

<><> high mucky-muck FBI director James Comey and deputy, Andrew McCabe jumped in feet-first,

Wow. Aint this a shocker? Ohr was later (cough) "demoted" over his involvement.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harass our people and eat out their substance.

We fought a war to end this kind of abuse.

Pompeo is Secretary of State. He left the CIA in April.

Partner, you are correct. We thought he was going to run out the garbage in the CIA since that DemonRat Brennan was the head of the CIA under the America Hating Piece of Work Obama. Pompeo probably did not get the time in the CIA since the State Department needed another leader.

The CIA like the FBI and Justice Department needs a thorough clean up of the department since they were incompetent under the DemonRat's Brennan leadership.
