Why was he under oath at such a hearing when interviewed while the actual criminals were not?
Why didn’t he simply cover for his statements with the Clintonesque “do not recall”, despite its weaselly sound?
I think we pretty well know that Mueller went for the public CNN coverage because there isn’t anything here that implicates either Stone with an underlying crime—or Trump and his campaign with anything.
