An evaluation by the Texas Secretary of State's office discovered that about 95,000 people identified by the Texas Department of Public Safety as non-U.S. citizens have a matching voting registration record. The state claims 58,000 of those people voted in one or more state elections over 22 years. For perspective, during the 2018 Gubernatorial election, more than 15.7 million people were registered to vote, and more than 8.3 million actually voted. In an advisory released Friday, the Texas Secretary of State, David Whitley, announced the findings from its voter registration maintenance activities. The maintenance activity was done in accordance with federal and state law to ensure that only qualified voters who must first and foremost be U.S. citizens are registered to vote in Texas elections, per the Secretary of State. The Texas Secretary of State cannot investigate or prosecute illegal activity so he turned the information over to the Texas Attorney General's Office. Voting without eligibility is a second-degree felony in Texas.

The Left is racing to get many tens of thousands more illegals into the US while the Uniparty keeps the border open. Another huge caravan is on the way even now so the border patrol will be overwhelmed again. By 2020, how many states will be flipped by illegal aliens? I think there is now an open strategy of replacing the current US population with a more compliant and dependent one that will assure a socialist government indefinitely.
It’s getting to the point where I’m starting to be glad I’m old.
Add a zero
What I seriously want to KNOW is how those NON-CITIZENS, who actually voted, are to be SEVERELY PUNISHED & WHEN.
Btw, I’m a PRESIDING ELECTION JUDGE in Bexar County, Texas.

It will get worse. Been going on too long.
That laughable number is lacking a couple of zeroes.
Exactly why the Democrats want open borders.
What a bunch of pikers, here in Mexifornia we whooped you by a factor of 10 in just 1 year!!
But one thing is rarely discussed about the Mexican constitution is besides being unable to vote one must be a citizen to own land and they are very restrictive about granting citizenship.Because of that a US citizen cannot have title in their name to any property in Mexico. And until that is changed the US and the affected state should consider making that reciprocal.prohibiting citizen of Mexico or countries with similar restrictions from doing so. .
I suspect that Bill PAXTON’s staff is already preparing the arrest warrants for each of those FELONS.
