This is exactly what will happen, not sure why more don’t see it. They’ll challenge his authority to do it, if that fails they’ll have another one ready, imminent domain or environmental, etc. They’ll just keep it tied up in court forever.
What good does closing the border do? Illegals just come through (like they are now) regions well away from from official border crossings which are wide open.
