Pelosi will not agree to a wall, since that would mean invalidating the wishes of her constituents.
It’s not even all that much her constituents, as the Dems have spoken in support of fencing, etc., for years. It is mostly the party operatives who 1) are importing new voters ASAP, and 2) want to give Trump no victory on anything — in solidarity of all the Deep State Swamp Creatures.
