On Friday, President Donald Trump announced a deal between the White House and Congress to reopen the portion of federal government that had been shuttered since December.
In making the announcement, the president thanked both Democrats and Republicans for reaching a deal as he praised the 800,000 federal workers who had been furloughed for their “patriotism” and dedication to the country.
Much to the angst of his supporters, the 21-day stopgap funding measure POTUS agreed to sign does not include any money for additional border walls and barriers. But that’s because Democrats were demanding that the president reopen the government for a short period as a “good faith measure” so that then negotiations on border wall funding could begin in earnest.
Now he’s done that; he’s given Democrats what they wanted, which I believe was a highly calculated and tactical decision.

POTUS should just release the intel DOD has on the Russian invasion of Ukraine. The intel the kenyan ignored while he prepared for another “Russian reset.” I’m sure they’ve got nice pics of Russian tank brigades rolling over the border. Not that the Deep State will ever allow Trump to release them and embarass the Democrats.
I’m hoping Trump has just been a stand-up guy as an initial gesture of good will. Now that he has been (expectedly) stabbed in the back, he can counterpunch without remorse.

And he gets no credit from those same Federal Employees for doing so. The Rats, Media and the Unions made sure that POTUS Trump would be blamed for the Shutdown.
The ignorance and susceptibility of the General Public to be swayed by pure Leftist Propaganda is beyond belief. Our Constitutional Republic will end up being no better than any hellhole Country by the time these imbeciles get their way.
