Mr. Ziegler is planning to run for Jones’ senate seat. We will likely be hearing more from him in the days to come. He seems like a good conservative guy, and not afraid to stand up for what’s right, but he looks like he’s a hundred years old (don’t know how old he actually is).

I remember being invited to an invitation only party of some bigwigs.I was young and pretty and my husband was handsome. We showed up in the latest attire for our age.He had an Edwardian suit and I had a mini dress. The Sargent of Arms met us at the door and told us we had to leave because we were not dressed appropriately. We just stood there. The Leader walked over and seated us.Everyone was much older than us.Cost a lot of money for our new clothes.:)

Hmm good point.
They’d have to be pretty tall for either side I suppose!

She doesnt look professional. She does look like a professional. She doesn't look like a United States Senator.

Shes also the first openly bisexual sworn into the Senate.
Doesn’t really mean much since she is female.

You probably got a good lesson for it. I’ve overdressed or underdressed for occasions too where I felt uncomfortable. It doesn’t just happen to women.
I don’t traditionally comment on women’s outfits. But this woman was going into the US Senate. She should have been fully aware. And I feel very confident she doesn’t care if we approve or not.

But she’s not the first openly LGBT women in the senate. That would be Tammy Baldwin.

I’ll spell it out this way. A white public official can criticize a white women’s clothing with limited responses.
If the criticism were directed at a black woman the response wold be allegations of racism.

Her attire just screams “dumb ass!”

You are very correct.
Thanks for spelling it out. I am close to falling asleep and my comprehension skills are getting weak.

It is a dumb ass attire. If she wants to be taken seriously, she should act like it and look like it.

A person should dress to the level of respect they expect.
She doesn’t expect much.

The lesson was wear what you want.We were 21 years old, they were losing members to death and we were the yungins.Female Senator did not go to how to dress in Washington school, suit, pearls and scarf.Doesn't matter what foul things you say as long as your dressed right.Dress needed to be longer, those boots are in style but she needed nude pumps with off black stocking. She will learn or just not care. What is more important is what she says and votes for.For people saying she is a hooker-really for boots.
