Ok, and that is why we wound up with trump. So why don’t we have a wall yet? Heck, we even had a gop house and senate for the first two years!

Lost opportunity

So why don’t we have a wall yet?

In short, Paul Ryan and I'm sure a shockingly large number of other RINO's.

Something bigger is at play here. In 2009, Obama could have declared amnesty for all, and changed immigration laws to anything he wanted. He had a veto proof majority in the Senate and had the House. But nothing happened. Why?

Fast forward to 2017. Trump has the same situation,(with the exception of the veto proof majority) and congress could have pretty much done anything they wanted with immigration. But they didn’t. Why?

I submit that there is a deal in place for Democrat voters and Republican cheap labor. And Trump is putting the kabosh on it.

I think you found the source of the problem.

Hard to believe with the President’s ‘personality’ that he really GAS what others thought of him BUT I figure he didn’t really want to alienate the Rs too much and with so many early ‘retirements’ -Don’t normally see the pols ‘quit’ when their own party wins an election - figured he may have MORE backing after 2016 elections..

I also think the Barr appointment is just someone PDJT thought that ‘maybe’ he could get a few D to ‘like’ and allow his ‘pick’ to remain #2 and let him do most of the heavy lifting.
OR....figured the Libs would tie Barr up for a while and then just let the ‘interim’ run wild?

Either way one would think he would have learned that you can NOT trust the LIBS with anything - especially when they so openly defy you.

At least this new(er) breed of liberal/socialist/communist isn’t trying to mask his/her feelings, they appear to be dropping all pretense of being any kind of ‘play along to get along’ mood - picking up on Bernie and the MSM.

If nothing else, Bernie doesn’t pull any punches or give one reason to believe he is anything but what he puts out there for show....
